Day 1: Your Favourite Film - Casino Royale

This was sooo hard to choose my favourite film as I have many but as I’ve just bought a Casino Royale poster today, I chose this. There is so much that I love about this film; from the opening sequence to the music and from the characterization of Bond to the chemistry between Craig and Green, it’s just brilliant. I’ve not seen all the Bond films but from the ones I have seen, Craig’s Bond is by far my favourite. He’s moody, serious and volatile but still retains the suaveness of the old Bond. And Eva Green playing Vesper Lynd is actually a Bond girl that is likable. She’s smart and brazen (I was about to say sassy, god.) and Green and Craig work together so well. Mads Mikkelson is perfect as well. There is just the right amount of everything in this film (action, romance, suspence, heartbreak) and I really, really love it.
